This Privacy Policy is governed by the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act) and applicable DPDP Rules. By using our website or submitting a service request, you acknowledge this policy.

2. Information We Collect

We collect the following personal data when you fill out our contact/booking form, chatbot, or call us:

• Full Name — to address you and confirm the booking
• Phone Number — to call back within 30 minutes and dispatch a technician
• City / Area — to identify the nearest available Service Partner
• Service Type — to prepare the technician with the right tools
• Message / Issue Description — optional, to better understand your requirement

We also collect the following automatically when you visit our website:

• IP address and device information — via Google Analytics (only if you consent to cookies)
• Pages visited and session data — via Google Analytics (only if you consent)
• Ad interaction data — via Google Ads conversion tracking (only if you consent)

We do not collect Aadhaar numbers, payment card details, health data, biometric data, or any other sensitive personal data.

Under Section 6 of the DPDP Act 2023, we process your personal data only on the basis of your free, specific, informed, and unambiguous consent.

• You give consent by ticking the consent checkbox in our booking form before submitting.

• Dispatching a verified Service Partner to your location
• Calling you back with service updates or quotes
• Sending service reminders (filter replacement, AMC renewal) — only if you opted in to marketing communication
• Measuring advertising effectiveness via Google Ads conversion tracking — only if you consented to cookies

We share your data with the following parties only as necessary:

• Service Partners: Your name, phone number, area, and service type are shared with the independent Service Partner assigned to your request. This is necessary to complete the service referral.
• Web3Forms (web3forms.com): Our booking form and chat widget use Web3Forms to securely receive and forward your submission to our team. Your data is transmitted to their servers for message delivery only. View their privacy policy at web3forms.com/privacy.
• Google Analytics & Google Ads: If you accept cookies, anonymised behavioral data and conversion events are shared with Google for analytics and ad measurement. View Google's privacy policy at policies.google.com/privacy.
• Google Fonts: Our website loads fonts from Google's CDN, which may log your IP address as part of the request. See Google's policy above.
• WhatsApp / Meta: Our website includes a WhatsApp button (wa.me link). If you tap it, WhatsApp opens and your WhatsApp identity (phone number) becomes visible to us. WhatsApp's data handling is governed by Meta's Privacy Policy at whatsapp.com/legal/privacy-policy.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to advertisers or any other third party.

• Right to Grievance Redressal (Section 13): Raise a complaint with our Grievance Officer and receive a response within 30 days.
